Meet the team
Neil founded Perform Logistics in what can only be described as a “broom cupboard with ambition” and has since grown it into the multi-departmental company it is today. With decades of experience in freight and logistics, there’s very little he hasn’t seen, fixed, or found a way to make happen—and if Neil doesn’t know the answer to your freight question, it’s probably not worth asking!
As the driving force behind Perform, Neil has built the business on one core principle: service excellence. He keeps the team focused on delivering top-class support and making sure our customers receive nothing less than the best. He’s the guy with one eye on the big picture and the other on making sure every detail runs like clockwork.
Outside the office, Neil trades spreadsheets for scorecards as he attempts to track down his wayward golf balls. When he’s not battling the fairways, you’ll find him spending quality time with his wife and three daughters—usually with a well-earned G&T in hand.
Nicole, the long-suffering partner to Neil, joined the business shortly after the COVID pandemic with a mission to help rebuild and strengthen the company. Taking charge of all financial decision-making, she has been instrumental in not only ensuring the business survived the challenges of the post-pandemic period but has driven it to thrive and flourish.
Her unwavering drive and diligence are a testament to her ability to maintain a tight ship and run an efficient, well-structured accounts department. Nicole’s focus on precision and long-term financial planning has created a foundation of stability and growth for the company.
Outside of work, Nicole is passionate about health and fitness. She has successfully completed two marathons and countless CrossFit challenges, showcasing her determination and resilience both in and out of the workplace. When she’s not training or taking on her next fitness goal, Nicole loves nothing more than heading out on long walks with her two beloved bulldogs, Ethel and Hettie.
You could say he truly has his feet under the table but that’s not strictly true as he’s often out project managing our events, installation and special projects work!
Tim has recently undertaken a new role within our events and installations sectors, often out in the field making sure everything goes to plan—and his detail-driven approach and perfect safety record mean our customers’ goods are always in safe hands.
Outside of work, Tim is a proud granddad to three grandchildren. When he’s not with them, you’ll find him playing football, on the golf course, or beach fishing along the South Coast—with a well-earned beer close by!
The go to man for any freight or customs queries, Pat looks after our portfolio of accounts with diligence and care. Pats been with Perform Logistics since 2014 and has been integral to our success both managing our accounts and training the team.
There is only one place you can guarantee to find Pat on a weekend and that’s at Stamford Bridge watching his beloved Chelsea, but we can’t hold that against him!
She has developed a vast knowledge in this time with her friendly and calm approach she puts our clients minds at ease.
Its Perform Logistics gain, but if it wasn’t for a couple of dodgy knees Charlie could well have carved out a career as a professional footballer. She has to make do with beating her dad on the golf course these days!
Toms a family man but still finds time to work on his golf handicap and make it out to the odd Liam Gallagher gig when he can!
Focused on building relationships and creating opportunities, he plays a key role in developing our exhibitions and events business.
Driving our sales team to greater achievements and success, his passion for sales is a pleasure to be around and keeps the team motivated every day.
Away from work, Harry enjoys playing rugby, watching cricket, and spending time with his golden retriever, Winston—who’s often the star of his weekends!
Claire joined the accounts department in 2023 and quickly became a key part of the team, taking care of supplier payments and making sure our suppliers stay happy and well looked after. Her eye for detail and calm approach keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Away from work, Claire has recently taken on a new and very important role—becoming a proud Grandma!
She loves spending time with her grandson and enjoys taking long walks with her loyal best friend Lily (who we’re pretty sure has four legs and a waggy tail!).
Ethel & Hettie
Meet Ethel and Hettie, our beloved bulldogs and undisputed rulers of the office!
When they’re not busy napping in the sunniest spot they can find, you’ll catch them offering “quality control” on snacks, supervising walk breaks, or providing world-class cuddles.
Their main responsibilities? Boosting morale, reminding us to take life a little less seriously, and occasionally snoring through important meetings.
Ethel brings the sass, Hettie brings the wiggles, and together they keep our team smiling every day.
