What is event logistics?

Event logistics is the planning, transportation, handling and on‑site delivery of equipment, materials and freight for live events, exhibitions and trade shows.
It typically includes collection, customs clearance (for international events), timed venue delivery, on‑site coordination and post‑event breakdown.

Can you transport high‑value or sensitive equipment for events?

 

Yes. We specialise in transporting high‑value and sensitive equipment, including medical devices, technical instruments and specialist machinery, using secure handling, dedicated vehicles and experienced event logistics teams.

 

 

Do you provide on‑site event logistics support?

Our team can manage on‑site event logistics, including venue liaison, timed unloading, positioning of equipment, standby support during the event and organised breakdown once the event ends. We can also support in the installation and build. 

What if access times change at my event?

What if we need carnets or temporary import?

 

We handle ATA carnets and temporary import documentation in‑house, guiding you through the process and making sure everything is prepared correctly to avoid delays, unexpected costs, or issues at customs.

 

 

What if it’s multiple shows?

 

We regularly support touring programmes and multi‑show schedules. From storage between events to on‑forwarding from show to show, we keep everything moving without you having to start from scratch each time.
